ARTA Team conducts onsite inspection to DEPED RO IX
The team composed of Pauline Guiyab and Shayne Araullo conducted a surprise visit to DepEd RO IX for the on-site inspection of the Anti Red Tape compliance.
In preparation, the Office had a brief orientation from them attended by the Regional ARTA Committee before proceeding to their main tasks particularly in frontline transactions.
"We take pride in your visit, because it will signal a welcoming development in our office," Dr. Ruth L. Fuentes pointed out.
The ARTA Team expressed that all agencies have a different perspective on the requirements but instead suggested to focus on the purpose of the compliance.
In a nutshell, the team were able to present their recommendations and suggested some ways forward to further improve the delivery of services.
"So far, so good.....having our first DEPED Regional Office to conduct the ARTA compliance, we can already benchmark from you," expressed by one of the ARTA TEAM.
As further articulated by the team, DEPED RO IX has only a few to work on to be able to covet a very satisfactory if not excellent rating. Such comment made everyone glad during the conference.
Further, they explained that still the ARTA will conduct a survey and another inspection based on the compliances of any Office being chosen to be covered again.
On the other hand, if the findings are almost 100 percent compliant to RCS, higher marks will receive a monetary reward but its not yet a method used now according to the ARTA Team.
Meantime, Certificate of Recognition plus monetary incentives are per office basis only.
Finally, they said that school level for now is not yet saturated for inspection but until SDO level only.
