Barangay Tiogan, Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga del Norte- A vibrant celebration unfolded as the community came together to mark its 42nd founding anniversary. With the powerful theme of "IKAW og AKO mutampo alang sa atong tinguha nga magkahiusa sa kalambuan og kalinaw," the event was set to showcase the remarkable talents within the community. 

Under the leadership of the active Barangay Captain, Honorable Marissa E. Academia, and with the support of the School Principal of Cilago Elementary School(CES), the inaugural CES Festival of Talents 2024 took flight. This festival served as a platform for the learners to shine, displaying their musical and literary prowess. 

The festival featured a diverse range of categories, including captivating story-telling, mesmerizing poem recitations, soul-stirring solo performances, and infectious dance crazes. To add an extra spark to the event, two teachers graced the stage with their impressive dance intermission, leaving the audience in awe. Not to be outdone, the barangay officials joined in the festivities, sharing their unwavering support through a heartfelt ballad intermission number. 

The success of the CES Festival of Talents was a testament to the unwavering cooperation and participation of the dedicated teaching staff of Cilago Elementary School, the Barangay Tiogan officials, the supportive Mayor Runie O. Jamora, and, of course, the proud parents. Together, they created a vibrant celebration that showcased the rich talents and unity of the community, leaving a lasting impact on all who attended. 

As the sun set on this remarkable event, it served as a reminder of the power of community involvement and the transformative impact of celebrating the talents that lie within us all.
