Hon. Karlo A. B. Nograles, Chairperson, Civil Service Commission (CSC) led the CSC: PRIME-HRM Awarding Ceremony on the recognition of the 10 awardees of Zambo. Peninsula; Dept. of Education Regional Office; Schools Division Offices of Zambo. Del Sur, Dapitan City, Isabela City, Zambo. Sibugay, one from the Local Govt. Unit and the rest are from the National Govt. Agencies. 

“We value the work that you’re doing in your organization and as a staunch partner of the CSC,” Nograles expressed during his keynote speech at Rodericks Resort in Ipil, Sibugay.

Nograles emphasized the vital role of the HR practitioners in each organization particularly in building a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and resilience. 

He also underscored the HR role as a strategist to guide management in appreciating human capital as the most crucial resource in the organization. 

Meantime, Nograles made a special mention for his appreciation to DepEd RO IX Regional Director, Dr. Ruth L. Fuentes for her commitment to PRIME-HRM to complete hopefully by this year all school’s division offices in Zambo. Peninsula. Such statement was applauded by the attendees of the affair.
