Currently, the upskilling is held at the Atrium of Sibugay Provincial Hall in Ipil, Sibugay Province. The four speakers that will articulate on their respective field of expertise were invited from across the regions. This event is made possible by the Curriculum Learning & Mgt. Div.(CLMD) of the regional office in partnership with the Regl. School Paper Advisers Asso.(RSPAA). Almost 1000 participants joined this event.
