Jan. 13, 2024, Pagadian City-Undersecretary for Operations, Dr. Malcolm S. Garma and Assistant Secretary for Info. & Comms. Technology Service(ICTS), Atty. Marcelino G. Veloso III recently conducted school visits to emphasize the importance of fostering continuous improvement in the education system of the region.
To identify challenges and explore actionable solutions, the officials together with the regional director, Dr. Ruth L. Fuentes, and division office heads, engaged with the school administrators, teachers, students, PTA and Barangay Officials to gain first hand insights and support to the current state of the school.
The initiative underscores the Department's commitment to ensure that the learners received an environment conducive to learning.
Dr. Garma pointed out the importance of operational efficiency in the educational system. "We will work collaboratively with the regional offices to provide solutions to the identified needs."
Meantime, Atty. Veloso highlighted the critical role of technology which according to him is a necessity.
Dr. Fuentes also expressed gratitude to all in attendance.
