Zambo Sur, the underdog during the first quarter of the match-elated after winning their bronze medal in the Zamboanga Peninsula Regional Athletic Association 2024. 

During the first quarter of the match, Sibugay was in control for the entire duration of the game. Their defense, passing, and scoring are all in favor of them, which secured a fourteen points advantage during the said quarter with the score 14-0. 

As the game progressed, during the second and third quarter, Zambo Sur slowly got their momentum and were able to cut down their lead to four with the score 42-38. Their patience in defending and stealing the ball to the opponent give them the opportunity to lead the game with a score of 51-44.

Throughout the fourth quarter, Zambo Sur was in control and securing their lead. Sibugay loses their game plan based on their performance which the opponent took advantage of the situation and brings home their bronze medalist with pride and honor to their parents, coaches and local government.
