Dr. GC Elejorde, DepEd IX assistant regional director emphasized the importance of empowering students for them to "stay and live independent from the teachers," underscoring that one of the ultimate goals of education is to prepare learners to face uncertainties and develop skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
The keynote address by Hon. Roberto L. Uy Jr., Liloy Municipal mayor, shared how its place gained prominence over the years. That once upon a time it was relatively unknown, but Liloy is now gradually being recognized for its historical significance and unique cultural heritage. He pointed out that the town is slowly but surely becoming a must-visit tourist destination in the region, attracting visitors with its rich history and natural beauty.
Hon. Uy further expressed pride in the town's development, emphasizing that such growth brings both educational and economic benefits.
